Prior to joining JRBH, Julian built and managed the highly successful alternative energy portfolio of a London based private equity house.  Before that, Julian founded Edengene, a UK growth and innovation consultancy formed out of PA Consulting, where he had been Managing Consultant in the Strategy practice.

Julian is a serial entrepreneur; responsible for several successful start ups in a variety of sectors.  He has worked in a range of corporate environments, where he has been responsible for initiating change and driving performance improvement in both the manufacturing and service sectors.

Julian read electrical and electronic engineering at the University of Leeds and is a Chartered Engineer. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
