Jennifer is the Founder and Managing Director of JRBH Strategy & Management.
A monthly columnist for Management Today, Jennifer holds a number of other positions including seats on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Public Policy Seminars (CPPS) and on the Advisory Council of the Russian Research Network. She is a regular speaker at industry conferences and seminars, such as 'The UK Enterprise & Innovation Conference' and 'Strategy in The Public Sector'. Jennifer is also a frequent guest-lecturer at UK and US Business Schools
Jennifer is actively involved with two charities, working closely with Crossroads, the UK's largest charity for Carers, and supporting the set up of Share, a charity promoting 'equity donations' as a new currency for corporate giving.
In 2005 Jennifer was named The Times’ Young Business Woman of the Year, and in 2006 was included in Management Today's top '35 women under 35'.
Jennifer holds an MA in Classics from Cambridge University and is a graduate of The Judge Business School, Cambridge.
