Erin is the founder and Managing Director of Aura, a relationship marketing agency that helps its clients to manage their most important business relationships. Aura's client portfolio includes Bain, Olswang, BAT, UBM and Marks & Spencer.

Prior to founding Aura, Erin spent over ten years with leading professional services firms, and held the position of Marketing Manager for Bain & Company in the UK. At Bain she and her team led the Relationships Marketing activity for the 35 London Partners, in addition to designing and delivering over 50 client events a year at which the most senior directors of the UK's leading companies were hosted.
